John joined Waterman Aspen in October 2019 as an Associate Director. He has helped the rapid development of the Water Team and took on a new role of Regional Director for the Water & Environment West team in January 2022. John is a Chartered member of CIWEM with 26 years’ experience in the flood risk and water management industry. John’s background is in hydraulic modelling, flood risk management optioneering, businesses cases and project management. He is passionate about supporting career development in the industry and is a qualified CIWEM mentor and is currently training to be a registered CIWEM reviewer.
Fun Fact- Outside of work John is a member of The Magic Circle and has performed all over the UK. He is also a dad and loves spending time with his family, including hiking in the countryside, camping and outdoor activities.
