Andrew Bruce joined Waterman Aspen in 2008 and quickly became a driving force behind the growth of the business in the North East, taking over management of the region in January 2017. Since then, Andrew has played a pivotal role across all levels of our management team. In August 2025, he was appointed Managing Director and leads the company’s operations while providing strategic leadership to the board and senior management team, ensuring the company achieves its mission and objectives.
Fun fact – Outside of work, Andrew enjoys running, spending time with his family and watching Newcastle United. He has completed a number of tough running challenges and raised thousands of pounds for charity in the process.
