Waterman Aspen are very pleased and proud to announce that we have achieved the Silver at Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing Awards – celebrating our excellent work in promoting staff mental health in the workplace!
Waterman Aspen was one of 114 organisations to take part in Mind’s fifth annual Workplace Wellbeing Index, which is a benchmark of best policy and practice, celebrating the good work employers are doing to promote and support positive mental health, and providing key recommendations on the specific areas where there is room to improve.
Our Mental Health and Wellbeing Consultant Vicky Procter said, “I am really proud to be part of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Team and our achievements so far and the work we do is driven by our passion to support everyone in the organisation. This award sets the benchmark for us at WA, it comes with some recommendations that we are looking at implementing over the next 12 months as we work towards supporting all of our colleagues further and working towards achieving the gold award.”
We’d like to say a huge thank you to our Mental Health and Wellbeing Team for their fantastic work in supporting our colleagues!
