Danny Green, Divisional Director and part of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Leadership team commented:
“We are really pleased that our action plan to enhance the support of all our colleagues’ mental health and wellbeing has resulted in Waterman Aspen being awarded the ‘Gold’ standard from the Mind Workplace Wellbeing Index, especially after achieving ‘Silver’ for two years in a row. The wellbeing of our colleagues is so important to us, and everyone deserves a safe space to ask for help if they need it. We look forward to building on the policies and procedures we already have in place to ensure our people have the very best support.”
