Waterman Aspen has been operating since 1988 and we achieve sustainable growth year-on-year. We recruit across all disciplines including Highways and Transportation, Project and Programme Management, Water, Rail, Environmental and Buildings and we are looking for talented individuals – from those just starting their careers to senior professionals from a broad range of engineering and construction backgrounds.

We develop long term relationships with our staff and the contractors who work for us and we are constantly looking to recruit new talent. We are looking for excellent skills and experience, but just as important is energy and enthusiasm.

Training and Development

We have an industry leading Personal Progression Plan process that monitors and reviews experience gained, individual performance and future training needs. We survey our staff each year to track the experience gained. We provide structured training and support to develop your skills and help you realise your career ambitions and all our staff have access to hundreds of online training courses, both technical and managerial.

We provide support for staff seeking professional qualifications. For civil engineers our training scheme is approved by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and we have equivalent support for CIHT, IHE and IStructE.
