At Waterman Aspen we are fully committed to the training and development of our salaried employees. As part of our commitment to training we run a series of in-house training sessions, which allows our employees to develop their skills base and this is informed by their own personal progression plans.
In developing these training courses, we are also able to offer training and development opportunities to our clients and to the general industry. A number of our management team are also members or fellow members of CIWEM and we are therefore able to support, guide and mentor our employees with their chartership aspirations.
