Waterman Aspen is pleased to announce that we have been successful on Lot 2 (temporary and seconded professional staff) for the Midlands Highway Alliance Plus (MHA+) Professional Services Partnership Framework 4 (PSP4).
The framework, expected to be in place for up to 8 years, is the fourth generation of the Alliance’s professional services framework and will be available from 28th August 2023.
Mark Emberton, Managing Director of Waterman Aspen, commented; “We are absolutely delighted to be awarded the winning bidder for MHA+ PSP4, Secondment Lot. We have been a trusted partner of the MHA+ and its predecessor 3CAP for over 16 years, providing seamless continuity between successive contracts. Winning PSP4 means we can now further strengthen our partnership with MHA+ members and fortify those relationships, providing knowledge transfer through the provision of valued strategic, commercial and technical support.”
Karen Notman, Midlands Highway Alliance Plus Manager, also commented; “I am delighted that Waterman Aspen has been successful and goes forward into the new PSP4 framework in a strong position as the overall winning bid for the provision of secondments and temporary professional staff, as well as coming top for quality. There is plenty of opportunity to build on the relationships and high performance that are already established through many years of collaborative working in providing secondments and temporary professional staff on the successive frameworks. I look forward to continuing to work closely with Donnie, Vince and the team to make PSP4 a framework that provides our members with excellent service and value.”
Waterman Aspen offers secondment services dovetailing with the needs and aspirations of MHA+ members. Our multi-disciplinary people have been seconded to MHA+ authorities during PSP3 and know the projects, people and systems, forging strong relationships. This provides the MHA+ with business continuity and resilience, minimising the impact moving from PSP3 to PSP4. Our team will also look to collaborate with other PSP4 and MSF4 suppliers, to strengthen working relationships across the MHA+ community.
