We are pleased to announce the launch of our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion team, which includes volunteers from around the business who are passionate about leading positive change.
From identifying and achieving best practice, to supporting colleagues and making sure everyone’s voice is heard and valued – the team will provide strategic input for EDI initiatives across the whole business. Above all, they will work to ensure the differences in our colleagues are recognised, respected and celebrated at all levels.
