Water & Environment development scheme received CIWEM accreditation

Water & Environment Development Scheme Gets Accreditation

We’re incredibly pleased to announce that our Professional Development Scheme in the Water & Environment team has received a CIWEM accreditation.

The CIWEM accreditation team held a series of discussions with those involved at every level – from our scheme manager to mentors and mentees. Waterman Aspen’s scheme manager, James Trafford, commented, “Both mentors and mentees provided excellent input during the assessment interviews which further demonstrates the passion and commitment from everyone involved – this is an excellent way forward for us to support and develop our colleagues. We are thrilled that CIWEM have accredited this scheme and would like to thank everyone involved in the process”.

This accreditation showcases, to our clients and others in the Water & Environment industry, the importance we place on the professional development of our people. We hope it gives our current and future colleagues confidence in our passion to provide professional support towards achieving chartered status. Darren Eckford, Head of Learning and Development Services at CIWEM, also commented, “We are delighted to be working with Waterman Aspen. Their desire to ensure their people have the best access to professional development and subsequent professional recognition through their professional development scheme accreditation is evidence of their ongoing commitment to be a responsible and forward-thinking employer. We look forward to supporting Waterman Aspen employees on their learning journey and supporting Waterman Aspen further through their partnership with CIWEM.
