Experience required for successful application

  • In this role you will be responsible for advising on the transport implications to the highways and impacts of proposed developments
  • Your main duties will be to assess planning applications including advising and making recommendations on their transportation implications, to the Planning Authority and relevant Council stakeholders
  • You will be experienced in providing Pre-application advise and review and advise on Transport Assessments and Travel Plans presented in support of planning applications
  • To provide high-quality and timely responses to district and county council consultations
  • Knowledge and experience of the planning process and development control
  • To calculate and negotiate S106 contributions
  • Experienced in data analysis SATURN/ARCADY/PICADY/LINSYG/CAD
