Shirley Reynolds
Regional Director, West Midlands
Shirley joined Waterman Aspen in 2015 from her career in academia and local government which started in the field of traffic signals and traffic management. She quickly progressed into the role of Area Manager, Associate Director and then Regional Director, becoming responsible for the Warwickshire and Worcestershire region in January 2021.
Fun fact – Outside of work, Shirley is actively involved with the Scouts where she is currently the County Commissioner for Solihull. When she isn’t working or scouting, she can be found in her sewing room creating patchwork quilts.
