A HR professional of over 25 years’ experience, and Chartered Member of the CIPD, Ruth joined Waterman Aspen in September 2013. Having worked in both public and private sectors in the UK, and for one of the largest construction companies in Ireland, Ruth brings a wealth of general and industry-specific knowledge to the business. Ruth is responsible for overseeing HR, Recruitment, Marketing & Communications and Fleet.
Fun fact – In days gone by, Ruth spent summer seasons in Portugal and Greece where she taught water-skiing. Ruth later qualified as an RYA Yacht master and has since logged many nautical miles across Europe.
