Recruitment Director
Paul joined Waterman Aspen in 2015 and is responsible for assisting the company’s regional teams with recruitment. Based in Chelmsford, Paul leads a recruitment team dedicated to sourcing top talent across the country.
Fun fact – Outside of work, you will find Paul at the gym training for his powerlifting competitions, competing at national level, or managing his daughter’s football team.
