Neil joined the Waterman Aspen team in 2019, progressing from Area Manager to Regional Director in the Central Region by early 2024, covering East Anglia and the southern parts of the East Midlands. With a background in local authority highway maintenance and asset management, current secondments have taken him towards the project, programme and contract management sectors. Neil’s role focuses on the continuous and sustainable growth within his region and beyond, working collaboratively with internal and external partners and clients.
Fun Facts – Neil is a keen Northampton Saints rugby fan and can also be found out in the fields with his four black Labradors.
