Neil joined Waterman Aspen’s Yorkshire and The Humber Region as Area Manager in 2004, was promoted to Associate Director, and then to Regional Director in December 2015. His engineering background is in Traffic, Transportation, Road Safety and Highways Development Management, and he is now responsible for the financial management, business development and staff recruitment of his 50-strong Engineering team.
Fun fact – Neil’s a competitive squash player, a keen skier, and his 40-year old VW Camper gets him away to music festivals and beaches.
