Lee joined Waterman Aspen in 2014 as an Area Manager, having previously been both a staff member and a Waterman Aspen client. His career has progressed, first becoming Associate Director in 2016 and then Regional Director in January 2021. Lee is responsible for the Central region covering Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Luton, Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, Peterborough, Norfolk and Suffolk.
Fun fact – Lee has two children and is a keen guitarist, playing gigs and recording music with his band.
