James became Regional Director in 2024 and is responsible for 35 staff in the West Yorkshire region. James is an experienced Principal Engineer, specialising in the delivery of large local government infrastructure projects. His expertise is in the delivery of Section 38 and Section 278 schemes.
Fun fact – James is the president of an amateur football club with over 20 teams taking part each weekend. He is also a keen golfer, and likes to watch the England football team play abroad.
