Esther joined Waterman Aspen in 2014 firstly as Business Support Manager and then Associate Director in 2018. She is now Regional Director responsible for business in the South West and Wales and a growing team of professional colleagues working throughout the region from Gloucester to Exeter and Swindon to St Clears. In addition she also supports the Wellbeing and CMI leadership teams.
Fun Fact: Esther is a keen hiker and can often be found trekking over the Malvern Hills or Brecon Beacons in her spare time.
