Kings Dyke Project Wins 3 Awards At CIPR East Anglia Awards

Cambridgeshire County Council and Jones Bros have achieved huge success at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Pride Awards 2021 in the Anglia, Thames and Chiltern region. The team won gold for Best Construction, Property and Infrastructure Campaign and Best Integrated Campaign, along with a silver award for Best Publication for their public communications campaign on the Kings Dyke project. This included press releases, social media updates and a quarterly newsletter.

Regional Director, Lee Baldry, who is seconded to Cambridgeshire County Council, worked with his team at CCC to support the communications with Jones Bros. This involved advising on the technical knowledge and information within the communications as well as the working on the wider communications plan.

The panel praised the “Considered and focused integrated campaign that took a multi-pronged tactical approach to inform, educate and build trust during the pandemic“.

A huge congratulations to all involved.
