What started as supplying skilled people to the Channel Tunnel project in 1988 has grown into the UK’s leading secondment provider.

Put simply, we provide the right people, with the right skills for the job, at the right time – for as long as our clients need them.

We employ more than 850 people, working on projects across the UK, improving the country’s infrastructure and leaving a legacy to be proud of.

Our people have worked on almost every major civil engineering project in the UK since the company was formed in 1988. We have big ambitions for the future too and we’d love for you to be part of it – with plans to expand within our existing specialisms and diversify into new ones.
