Extended partnership with St Helens Council

Successful partnership extended for two years, with the team providing specialist services in water, flood risk, SuDS and planning advice.

We’re pleased to share that the existing partnership supporting St Helens Council with water, flood risk, SuDS and planning advice will continue under a newly-awarded two-year framework. Building on successful work delivered since 2023, the appointment will see teams from across Waterman Aspen continue to support the Council with a range of specialist services.

Led by James Trafford, Waterman Aspen’s Bid Coordinator and Regional Director, efforts have been focused on delivering a robust, client-focused service with a strong commitment to social value and community benefit. He said:

“It has been a real pleasure working with the team at St Helens Council. Being re-appointed is a fantastic recognition of the strength of our collaboration and the quality of service we deliver, and we look forward to continuing to build on our successful partnership with the Council.”

Rob Forsyth, Waterman Group’s National Water Lead, added:

“Water, flood risk, and sustainable drainage systems are shared challenges. Our partnership with St Helens ensures timely, evidence-led decisions and resilient outcomes that support growth while protecting communities.”

We extend our thanks to St Helens Council for their continued trust in our services and look forward to the next phase of this important work.
