HAMS - secondment & project options
HAMS provide services in two ways whichever best suit your requirements:
Secondments
Individual members of staff, or a team, providing temporary support to cover for vacancies, extended holiday or sickness absenteeism amongst the permanent staff.
Secondment staff work under the direction of the client manager for an agreed hourly or weekly rate. Staff on secondment, and clients, are also able to call on our remote consultancy expertise at any time to ensure the best possible service is provided by our staff.
Projects
An individual or a team is employed by the client to complete a specific task or range of tasks, for example to manage a capital project, or to identify and manage service improvements to a responsive repairs system.
Whatever route you decide on, our managers will provide ongoing support and advice for the duration of the commission.
