• Dundee City Council is progressing an ambitious redevelopment project for the Central Waterfront area of the City, extending the city centre’s built form down to the waterfront and creating a new grid street pattern based on the historical routes to the north along with improved provision of facilities for walking, cycling & buses. 
• The civil engineering works involve the demolition and reconfiguration of a significant part of the northern approach ramps to the Tay Road Bridge, construction of retaining walls on piled foundation and extensive piling of the site to provide stability for major storm and foul sewerage and the new road network.
• Waterman Aspen provide specialist staff support for the pre-planning and project management of the project which is programmed to be procured over several years to 2016.
