• As part of our Secondment Service, Waterman offer a fully supported Clerk of Works Service covering the full range of Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Works, Building Construction, Finishes and Maintenance.
  
  
• We have an extensive compliment of experienced Clerks of Works, the majority of whom have qualified in a trade and worked extensively in the industry before entering the role of Clerk of Works. In addition many of our Clerks of Works have Membership of the Institute of Clerks of Works.
  
  
• The Service is fully managed and supported, with reporting and recording practice in line with the Clerk of Works and Site Inspector Handbook published by RIBA Publishing Ltd.
  
  
• All our Clerks of Works are covered by the Group’s Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurances and can rely on full technical backup from the extensive capability of the Group. The Service is run in line with the Waterman Integrated Management Systems (IMS) complying with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
